TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By purchasing goods and or services from the Shelter or using this website, you are entering into the following agreement between the owner of the Shelter - KFM Media Pty Ltd (The Shelter, the Studio, KFM Media) and yourself (The Hirer)

COVID 19 VACCINATION POLICY

In line with the current public health orders, any customers wishing to enter the premises prior to Dec 1 will need to either show proof of full vaccination, or proof of a medical exemption. Please ensure all attendees for your booking are able to satisfy these requirements, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the session will require full payment of the hire fee.

PAYMENT
The Hirer must pay for room hire prior to commencement of session, otherwise booking may be forfeited. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, money order or electronic funds transfer [EFT] to the KFM Media business account. All hire fees are GST inclusive.

CANCELLATION
The Shelter must be given 48 hours notice if the Hirer wishes to cancel the hire of the Studio. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total hire - less than 24 hours is 100% of the total hire. If the Hirer does not attend or honour the confirmed booking, the total hire fee will apply.

USAGE & CARE
The Shelter takes care to provide a safe and clean premise for hire. The Hirer will treat the Studio with care and responsibility and keep the Studio in a clean and tidy state. The hirer will inform The Shelter if the Hirer becomes aware of any breakages or damage to the studio or any equipment. The Hirer will not interfere with or alter any of the eletrical installations, lighting, sound systems or other technical equipment owned by The Shelter.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
The Hirer agrees not to use any amplified sound between 9pm and 9am. The Hirer will respect the quiet enjoyment of the area by surrounding neighbours.

HIRER’S WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY
The Hirer indemnifies KFM Media and The Shelter indemnified against all costs, expenses, claims and liabilities arising from loss, damage to property or injury or death of persons from or during the term of hire, to the extent such loss or damage is caused, directly or indirectly, by the Hirer.
